For all classes, space is limited. Please bring your own mat, blocks and strap.

  • Mondays, Noon - Lunchtime Yoga, 40 minute intermediate class. Also includes chair yoga.

  • Tuesdays, 6:30PM - Evening Yoga, 50 minute beginner class.

  • Fridays, 7:45-8:45AM - Early Morning Yoga

From our instructor, Cathy:

"I've always been involved in sports, primarily running and biking. As I age, I am realizing that my body is less flexible & I often hurt after a good workout. Several years ago, I started adding yoga to my daily routine. The benefits carry me through the day.

"A year ago, I had the opportunity to start classes to become a Certified Yoga Instructor. I want to help people feel better and get them into a routine of taking better care of their bodies."
